Order processing time
All orders (except personalised stamp) are shipped in 2 to 3 business days after payment is received. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
We are based in Melbourne, Australia and ship to worldwide. All parcels we ship have tracking numbers.

For AU orders, we can ship by standard shipping or express shipping. All AU orders will be sent by AUS Post. Please refer to auspost.com.au for delivery time.

All other orders will be shipped by AUS post standard international parcel. Please refer to auspost.com.au for delivery time.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.
